Due to the position of the storm drainage a siphonic system was proposed, designed and installed.

 

This allowed all the roof water to discharge through one downpipe at the end of the stand removing the need for multiple traditional gravity down pipes along the length of the building.

 

The installation was both more economic and less obtrusive as a result.
